Therefore, when the rotary kiln is overhauled or intermediately repaired, it should avoid the season months where the temperature is below 0 ° C as much as possible. Even if it is overhauled in winter, it is prohibited to turn the kiln body suddenly without preheating at low temperature. When it is necessary to turn the kiln body, heating measures should be taken at the wheel belt so that the temperature of the kiln tyre is not lower than 0 ° C before the kiln can be turned.
