Many factors have influence on the product quality ground by vertical roller mill. There are some important point need more our attention.
1. About the Material
To make sure the vertical roller mill(vrm) running smoothly, feeding amount is the key operation. Feed too much or too less may result in the material bed vibration and sometimes even the hot air generator stop working. The iron content is also influenced the final finished products. If there too much coarse particles or any other big particle impurities, the impeller feeder are likely to be blocked. So it needs to remove the iron completely before it goes into the vrm.
2. About the operation pressure of the vrm
If operation pressure is increased, the vrm grinding ability is also developed greatly. However, the power consumption costs more, too. Therefore, the operation pressure cannot set in a high data. It works better under the circumstance of actual producing situation. Here is the pressure reduce rate for reference. Clinker Grinding: 8.0-9.0 MPa. Blast Furnace Slag Grinding: 9.0-9.5 MPa.
3. About the Powder Concentrator
Capacity of the powder concentrator also decides the quality of the final products. The more high efficiency it has, the good quality of the final products can be promised. Here is a powder concentrator rotation speed for reference. Clinker Grinding: 105-120r/min. Blast Furnace Slag Grinding: 130-145 r/min.
4. About the Blast Capacity
As usual, the wind blast capacity is the biggest factor to decide the products quality. If the blast capacity is not enough, it cannot make the dust device work. If the blast capacity is too large, it adds more load to the dust collector.
5. About the VRM Quality
