After ball mill is transported from factory to installation site, it needs to clean the parts before installation because there are much dust and dirt in the process of production or storage, meanwhile ensures the parts is complete, the details as following.
1. Clean processing of ball mill parts.
After parts of ball mill is transported to installation site, the shield, dust, dirt, slushing oil and other impurity on working surface of ball mill should be cleaned, and technical personnel have to inspect the type of parts according to installation drawing to ensure the parts completion.
2. The preparation of grease and thin oil
In the process of installation, thin oil should be used usually on working surface of parts, and grease should be used on fixed surface of parts, therefore two of them should be prepared before installation.
3. The preparation of necessary tools
Different type of ball mills uses different tools in the process of installation. Thus, the necessary tools should be prepared before installation according to type of ball mill and instruction of installation, such as level gauge, electronic theodolite and steel rule etc. preventing installation pause caused by uncompleted tools.
