Technical requirments
|
6.1 The technological complex should include:
1. Covered warehouse for storage of raw materials with a reserve for the operation of the complex within 3 days;
2. Bunker for storing gypsum in the volume of 1000 m3;
3. Bunker for storage of slag in volume of 1000 m3;
4. Bunker for storage of clinker in volume of 1000 m3;
5. Provide a dryer for inert materials;
6. Provide a preliminary clinker crusher capable of preparing a raw material for a ball mill of material size at the inlet (up to 20 mm);
7. Equipment for feeding components for grinding with belt weighing batchers (clinker, gypsum, slag) with accuracy of dosing (± 0,5%);
8. Provide equipment for grinding and activation of additives in two lines with a capacity of 25 tons per hour (the fineness of grinding should correspond to the residue on the sieve No. 008 - from 5% to 8%, specific grinding surface 250-300 m2 / kg according to GOST 6613-86 );
9. Cement silos should be based on the calculation of storing a two-day stock of finished products (in the silos take into account air filters, level sensors, emergency pressure relief valves, aeration system, conveyors for packing);
10. Packing machine taking into account shipment of finished products in bags of 25 and 50 kg (10% of finished products); And big bags of 1.5 tons (before packing, the cement is cleaned of metal inclusions in the shaker and enters the in-line two-piece packing machine with a capacity of 30 tons per hour).
11. Equip the equipment with dust collectors;
6.2 Together with the commercial application, provide a production layout of the equipment and a sequence of work processes with a brief description.
