How to deal with the local high temperature of the rotary kiln shell When the rotary kiln has high temperature locally, the red kiln must be stopped in theory, but for some small areas of high temperature, we adjust the process parameters, add air cooling, etc. In this way, the temperature can be lowered, the kiln skin can be repaired, and the production can continue, which greatly reduces the operating cost.
1. Treatment when the local high temperature is lower than 400℃
When the local temperature is high, but lower than 400 ℃, it means that the refractory bricks have not completely fallen off, but have become thinner. If the kiln speed is slow, there is no problem in making up the kiln skin.
2. Treatment when the local temperature is higher than 400℃
When the local temperature is higher than 400 ℃, the danger is relatively large, and the process parameters should be adjusted greatly. For example, the kiln feed rate of 2500t/d can be reduced by 20-50t/h, so that the filling amount of the material in the kiln can be reduced, the flow cross-section of the airflow can be increased, and the flame can be smooth; the minimum kiln speed can be reduced to 2.0r/min, so that the high temperature Place the kiln skin as soon as possible; the amount of head coal can be reduced by 2-3 t/h at most, but it is necessary to ensure the stability of the thermal system in the kiln to prevent yellow powder; the head of the burner can be lowered by 10-20mm to make The flame is closer to the material to reduce the sweeping of the high temperature point. The cross section of the inner and outer cylinders can be adjusted to 50-60mm, and the ratio of the internal and external air can be adjusted to 0:100%-20%:100%. At the same time, the burner can enter the kiln or withdraw from the kiln The opening is 0.4m, so that the position of the fire point can be moved forward or backward significantly.
In addition, high-pressure air ducts and cooling fans are used on site for cooling, and the laboratory adjusts the ingredients of the raw meal to increase the amount of liquid phase.
If the temperature of the local high temperature point rises and falls repeatedly and is unstable, when it is determined that the position of the air duct has not changed and the fan has not stopped, the hydraulic stop wheel can be stopped to fix the kiln body in the downward channeling position, and then recalibrate the position of the high temperature point, and fix the fan, The air duct is blown for cooling, thereby eliminating the possibility of the high temperature point moving due to the up and down movement of the kiln body. During the stop wheel period, pay close attention to the change of the supporting roller tile temperature, and the time should not be too long, and it should be turned on in time after the temperature of the high temperature point is lowered.
