As we all know, a vertical mill is mainly composed of a grinding roller device, a grinding disc device, a pressurizing device, a powder separator, a reducer, a motor, and a casing. When the mill is running, the grinding roller is used as the grinding medium, the grinding disc forms the material bed, and the centrifugal force is used to realize the interaction between the grinding roller and the grinding disc. The specific process is as follows:
The material feeding pipe falls to the center of the grinding disc, and the grinding disc rotating at a constant speed disperses and flattens the raw materials outwardly with the help of centrifugal force to form a material bed with a certain thickness, and the material is simultaneously rolled by multiple grinding rollers on the grinding disc pressed and crushed. Under the continuous drive of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the outer edge of the grinding disc. The material leaving the grinding disc encounters the hot gas entering the mill through the air ring and rises with it, and enters the powder separator through the middle shell of the mill. During this process The material in the medium and the hot gas conduct sufficient heat exchange, and the water is quickly evaporated. The powder separator controls the fineness of the finished products at the outlet of the roller mill. The particles larger than the specified size are separated and fall back to the grinding disc. The materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the finished product warehouse through the separator.
