1. Work out the maintenance plan, master the key dimensions and accuracy requirements, and make technical preparations; transport the auxiliary equipment to the maintenance site and prepare the tools;
2. Clean up the debris on the site, find the center line of the rotary kiln and the supporting roller, and make a mark on the supporting roller base and the foundation bottom plate;
3. After the rotary kiln has cooled down, place the jack in the lower middle part of the tyre steadily, and place a wooden board on the top of the jack to prevent it from slipping, and tighten the jack at the same time;
4. Remove the heat insulation board of the supporting roller, the cover of the supporting roller, the oil spoon, the circulating water pipe, etc., and put them in a place that does not interfere;
5. Lift the tyre belt about 10 mm away from the supporting roller, and check whether the jack is leaking or sinking. If so, troubleshoot the problem first. If there is no sinking phenomenon, put a steel plate between the two sides of the jack cylinder and the tyre belt. Or tighten the special square iron to prevent leakage and tyre sinking, and perform pressure relief inspection on the jack;
6. Make a mark around the base of the supporting wheel, loosen the anchor bolts of the base of the supporting wheel to be replaced, use a chain or jack to push the supporting wheel to a convenient lifting position, hang a wire rope on the supporting wheel, and lift the supporting wheel away on site;
7. Clean the supporting rollers, measure the diameter and wear of the supporting rollers and shaft heads; clean the supporting rollers and determine whether they are still used, if not, remove them, and if they need to replace the new supporting rollers, check the relevant dimensions;
8. Clean up the foreign matter and oil traces on the new supporting roller, measure the size, and open the tile opening according to the inspection results to ensure that the side clearance of the tile opening is about two thousandths of the shaft diameter. The oil guide wedge groove is excessively natural; the bearing and the shaft are aligned, Make the wrap angle around 60 degrees, touch the scar, and reach the left and right spacing not more than 3 mm. 9. Grind the tile and the tile tire so that it touches the scar with a distance of less than 5 mm between left and right. Then fix it on the tile tire;
11. Use an inverted chain or jack to match the jacking wire to place and align the tile seat, and recheck the coincidence with the new position. After there is no problem, tighten the anchor bolts and tighten the jacking wire;
12. Set up a little tyre belt, remove the square iron, and slowly put the tyre belt on the supporting roller; clean the shaft and tile, install the oil spoon, turn on the circulating water, and carry out the experiment. If there is no water leakage, buckle the tile cover; Add lubricating oil and install heat shield;
13. Slow-turn rotary kiln, check and judge the contact between thrust plate, bush and shaft according to the oil film condition. Check whether the oil spoon interferes, the gap between the thrust plate and the skirt, etc.; check and accept the normal condition, clean up the tools, clean the site, and complete the replacement of the supporting roller.
